Students are required to show a photo ID for identification purposes, so please have your License or passport available at the start of class. Only students registered for the class will receive a link for the zoom login. This link is not to be shared. Classes on Zoom are limited in attendance duet o the virtual platform. Students must join the virtual class via computer, laptop or iPad with a working camera. All students must be seen during the entire class in order to receive CE credit for the virtual class. He is a third generation Real Estate Broker who first worked with his mother at Pat Jones Real Estate, was an agent and office manager for Prudential CT Realty and now runs David Jones Real Estate in Guilford, CT. In addition to writing and presenting Continuing Education courses he teaches pre-licensing for agents, brokers and appraisers, is certified to teach NAR’s At Home With Diversity, and makes industry related presentations to community groups and organizations.
