DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Code of Ethics with Commercial Case studies. This course 3-hour elective course will satisfy your NAR Code of Ethics Requirement, due 12.31.2021. Important update to students regarding the live virtual training through Zoom for CE: Due to the new format students are required to check in 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Students are required to show a photo ID for identification purposes, so please have your License or passport available at the start of class. Only students registered for the class will receive a link for the zoom login. This link is not to be shared. Classes on Zoom are limited in attendance due to the virtual platform. Students must join the virtual class via computer, laptop or iPad with a working camera. All students must be seen during the entire class in order to receive CE credit for the virtual class. This is a 3-hour class with a 15-minute break. This class is live, and everyone can see each other and the instructor. This may be audited by the Department of consumer protection Real Estate commission. This class can not be taken in a motor vehicle. Late attendance will NOT be Permitted.
