He is a third generation Real Estate Broker who first worked with his mother at Pat Jones Real Estate, was an agent and office manager for Prudential CT Realty and now runs David Jones Real Estate in Guilford, CT. In addition to writing and presenting Continuing Education courses he teaches pre-licensing for agents, brokers and appraisers, is certified to teach NAR’s At Home With Diversity, and makes industry related presentations to community groups and organizations. Past volunteer positions in the industry include President of the Midd-Shore Association of Realtors®, President of the CT Statewide MLS, Chair of the Connecticut Association of Realtors® Issues Advocacy Committee, member of the National Association of Realtors® Land Use, Property Rights and the Environment Committee. Cancellations must be made two business days before the start of a course to receive a full refund. Rescheduling is only permitted prior to the original course date and time.
