DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy This 15-hour (2 sessions- 5/8/2024 & 5/9/2024) Real Estate Legal Compliance course, covers essential brokerage legal regulations, guidelines, concepts, and definitions necessary for real estate professionals (Salespersons and Broker candidates) to understand the legal aspects of running and maintaining a Real Estate Brokerage business. The ultimate goal and objective of this course is to provide basic fundamentals of real estate Brokerage Legal Compliance regulations, guidelines, and practices to active Real Estate Salespersons and Broker Candidates taking their Real Estate Broker Candidate State exam. This course also provides a foundation for Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers interested in becoming Real Estate Broker and perhaps running or owning a Real Estate Brokerage firm themselves. Students MUST attend both days to receive credits.Enrolled students will receive an email with a link ID and necessary material prior to class. After working in a variety of fields, Rhonda embraced the real estate field with open arms.Thirty three years later, she has become more than a Real Estate Agent. Throughout these years, she has been the recipient of many Top Producer Awards. In 1997, Rhonda joined Dynamic Directions as an Instructor for Principles & Practices of Real Estate, as well as for the Right Start Program. It was during this time that she became the Head Instructor. Rhonda again began to expand her career in 2000. She became certified as a Continuing Ed Instructor for the State of Connecticut, as well as a National Trainer.Not only a Real Estate Agent, Rhonda has been a Girl Scout Leader for thirty three years, and a Sunday School & Confirmation teacher. She has done volunteer work for many organizations including Hospice, Cromwell Junior Women, Walk Against Hunger, Habitat for Humanities, and many more.Rhonda’s true gift for teaching stems from her passion for the real estate profession.
