This 3- hour course for CT real estate licensees consists of 3 classroom hours in current real estate and fair housing legislation, licensing laws and regulations pursuant to CT Real Estate Regulations Sec.20-319-3(b).

Marni Lewis is an experienced real estate professional, successfully helping clients buy and sell homes and working with investors throughout CT.
