Tuesday, 9/30 9a-12p | Hybrid | 3 Elective CE Credits | $35 Members or $55 Non- Members | Instructor David Jones

This CE module looks at the interactions between Real Estate, Economics and Value. Real Estate Agents focus their efforts on satisfying our clients’ immediate wants and needs. Residential Real Estate is the focus of the class. Economics, the study of how a society allocates limited resources, is shaped, and implemented by government. The Value of Real Property is measured in dollars, but expectations of its Utility vary from owner to owner. And the ability to purchase has tweaked by social pressures and Governmental policies for over the past 100 years.
