Bill Wilkes
Bill Wilkes has built a career—and a life—centered on service to others. He grew up assisting his father, a plumber, where he learned early how to install and replace boilers and water heaters, sparking his lifelong interest in home improvement. Over the years, he has gained hands-on experience building and remodeling homes, decks, barns, and sheds. Bill has also owned and operated a fencing company and worked as both a tree climber and landscaping foreman.

In addition to his construction background, Bill served eight years in the U.S. Army as a Fire Support Sergeant before beginning a 22-year career teaching high school math at Staples High School in Westport. These experiences, both in the military and the classroom, shaped his dedication to people and problem-solving.

As a home inspector, Bill views his work as the culmination of everything he has done in his life. He brings discipline, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others to every inspection, ensuring clients feel informed and confident in their decisions.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his two sons, both active in Boy Scouts. He plays an active role in their troop, helping to plan activities and outings, and values the opportunity to share in their growth and adventures.
