We will address issues REALTORS should be aware of regarding a commercial inspection and the information they should have to best serve their clients. Throughout the course we will outline what is covered in a commercial inspection versus a home inspection. As well as explain what is excluded and why. Attendees will also learn the process of scheduling a commercial inspection from what we cover to the additional inspections that may be required such as Phase I and Phase II assessments. This will provide the Realtor with the knowledge to help their clients navigate the findings of the building inspection report and prioritize any next steps that the inspector recommends. During this course we will also review the types of commercial properties we have inspected ranging from single office units to entire strip malls and everything in between.
