DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Connecticut Mandatory 15-hour (2 sessions- 2/12/2026 & 2/13/2026) Real Estate Broker Legal Compliance Pre-requisite course, covers essential brokerage legal regulations, guidelines, concepts, and definitions necessary for real estate professionals (Salespersons and Broker candidates) to understand the legal aspects of running and maintaining a Real Estate Brokerage business. The ultimate goal and objective of this course is to provide basic fundamentals of real estate Brokerage Legal Compliance regulations, guidelines, and practices to active Real Estate Salespersons and Broker Candidates taking their Real Estate Broker Candidate State exam. This course also provides a foundation for Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers interested in becoming Real Estate Broker and perhaps running or owning a Real Estate Brokerage firm themselves. Students MUST attend both days to receive credits. Enrolled students will receive an email with a link ID and necessary material prior to class. This class may also be bundled with Broker P&P scheduled 3/2/2026 & 3/3/2026. Bundled pricing is $425.00. Non-bundled price is $225.00.
