The Principles and Practices (Real Estate Pre-licensing course) course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by Department of Consumer Protection, Real Estate Commission, however, it is not approved for Appraisal licensing purposes. Principles and Practices courses are continuous start programs led by experienced instructors, Amy Buchas, Samantha Khan and Teresa Sirico.
