The Principles and Practices (Real Estate Pre-licensing course) course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by Department of Consumer Protection, Real Estate Commission, however, it is not approved for Appraisal licensing purposes. Principles and Practices courses are continuous start programs led by experienced instructor, Samantha Khan.

Any cancelation will be subject to a processing fee of 10% ($52.50) of the tuition. Cancelation requests must be received prior to a student's start date. Tuition is non-refundable after the student's assigned start date. A $45 non-refundable fee applies if course materials are received
