Commercial Ed combines my name with my professions; I am a Commercial Real Estate Instructor and Speaker.
Sharing my knowledge and over 40 years of experience, by teaching others to be successful in Commercial and Investment Real Estate Brokerage, are now my goals. I have authored "how to" Commercial and Investment Real Estate books, textbooks, courses and seminars. 

And I am a Real Estate Broker in New York and Connecticut, specializing in the sale and  leasing of Commercial and Investment properties.  

I also serve as a Consultant to the Trade.
