CT Real Estate License Law Mandatory 2026-2028
October 7th | 9am- 12pm | 3 Mandatory Credits   |   Goodwin University: 1 Riverside Dr, East Hartford | Free Members/ $55 Non-Members
 
This 3- hour course for CT real estate licensees consists of 3 classroom hours in current real estate and fair housing legislation, licensing laws and regulations pursuant to CT Real Estate Regulations Sec.20-319-3(b).

This course includes the following topics:
  • CE Completion
  • License Laws Effective April 1, 2024
  • Dual Agency
  • Fair Housing
  • Disclosures
  • Earnest Money Deposits
  • Licensee Compensation
CT Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons are eligible to take this mandatory for the current CE cycle:
Salesperson: 3/1/26 - 2/28/28
Broker: 9/1/26 - 8/31/28
