A practical approach to securing the buyer’s written commitment through effective dialogue and can/can’t do lists. Benefit of presentation, neutralizing buyer concerns and establishing realistic buyer expectations.

Live virtual training through Zoom for CE:
- Students are required to check in 15 minutes prior to the start of class. 
- Students must show a photo ID for identification purposes. Please have your License or passport available at the start of class. 
- Students must join the virtual class via computer, laptop, tablet, or cell phone with a working camera. All students must be seen during the  entire class in order to receive CE credit for the virtual class.
- This is a 3-hour class with a 15-minute break. This class is live, and everyone can see each other and the instructor.
- Late attendance will NOT be Permitted.

Ivey-Lentini, Rhonda

Rhonda moved from Maine to Connecticut in 1973.  She came to Connecticut in hopes of achieving new dreams.  Rhonda resides with her husband of thirty four years in Cromwell, Connecticut.  After working in a variety of fields, Rhonda embraced the real estate field with open arms.
Thirty three years later, she has become more than a Real Estate Agent.  Throughout these years, she has been the recipient of many Top Producer Awards.  In 1997, Rhonda joined Dynamic Directions as an Instructor for Principles & Practices of Real Estate, as well as for the Right Start Program.  It was during this time that she became the Head Instructor.  Rhonda again began to expand her career in 2000.  She became certified as a Continuing Ed Instructor for the State of Connecticut, as well as a National Trainer.Not only a Real Estate Agent, Rhonda has been a Girl Scout Leader for thirty three  years, and a Sunday School & Confirmation teacher.  She has done volunteer work for many organizations including Hospice, Cromwell Junior Women, Walk Against Hunger, Habitat for Humanities, and many more.
Rhonda’s true gift for teaching stems from her passion for the real estate profession.  Her in-ate talent as a leader provides the opportunity for her to be the “go to” person in and out of the office.  Rhonda is a natural at teaching and derives a great joy and satisfaction from the job.  Her goal is to help others “work smarter not harder”. She leaves no one behind!
