Important update to students regarding the live virtual training through Zoom for CE:

Due to the new format students are required to check in 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Students are required to show a photo ID for identification purposes, so please have your License or passport available at the start of class.  

Only students registered for the class will receive a link for the zoom login. This link is not to be shared.  Classes on Zoom are limited in attendance due to the virtual platform.

Students must join the virtual class via computer, laptop or iPad with a working camera.   All students must be seen during the entire class in order to receive CE credit for the virtual class.

This is a 3-hour class with a 15-minute break.  This class is live, and everyone can see each other and the instructor.

This may be audited by the Department of consumer protection Real Estate commission. Late attendance will NOT be Permitted.

Jones, David
    David Jones has been actively engaged in Real Estate Brokerage, Appraisal and Consulting for clients along the CT Shoreline for over twenty-five years.  He is a third generation Real Estate Broker who first worked with his mother at Pat Jones Real Estate, was an agent and office manager for Prudential CT Realty and now runs David Jones Real Estate in Guilford, CT.  In addition to writing and presenting Continuing Education courses he teaches pre-licensing for agents, brokers and appraisers, is certified to teach NAR’s At Home With Diversity, and makes industry related presentations to community groups and organizations.  Past volunteer positions in the industry include President of the Midd-Shore Association of Realtors®, President of the CT Statewide MLS, Chair of the Connecticut Association of Realtors® Issues Advocacy Committee, member of the National Association of Realtors® Land Use, Property Rights and the Environment Committee.
